**USES**

**LASER PRINTING**
The print is engraved onto the cup by removing the powder coating to reveal the rainbow stainless steel underneath.

**HOW TO ORDER**
1. Type the name or text in the personalization box. This is optional (If the personalization box is not available, design is not changeable)
2. Add the tumbler to your cart.
3. Proceed to checkout (put any additional information in the "Note to Seller" box at checkout or message us with any questions).

**PRODUCTION TIME**
Standard processing time is 3-5 business days after you have placed your order. You can find the date your item will ship on the top of your receipt.

**SHIPPING OPTIONS**

Priority Shipping 2-3 business days -- This is our standard shipping and is 100% free to you as of now.

**RETURNS/EXCHANGES**
Due to all items being personalized we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there are any issues with your order you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

**WRONG ADDRESS**
It is very difficult to change your address after your order is placed, we will try but we are not responsible for deliveries to wrong addresses associated with your Etsy account

**PROVIDE ALL DETAILS**
All processing times are based on you providing all the details needed to complete your order. Orders can be delayed until you provide missing details. After 10 days we will cancel your order if we have not received a response from you.

**FONT CAPITALIZATION & LOWERCASE**
We copy & paste the text you provide at checkout. The names will be printed EXACTLY as you type them. Example: If you provide the names in all lowercase, they will be printed all lowercase. If you provide the names in all uppercase, they will be printed all uppercase. If you provide the names with the 1st Letter Capitalized, we will print them with the 1st Letter Capitalized.
